Metabolic Conditioning Classes

All of our Semi-Private Training memberships include unlimited access to our larger group classes called Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon). These circuit-style classes at the studio are our twist on cardio and include movements that benefit the heart and lungs and promote more muscular endurance. They are the perfect complement to our strength-focused Semi-Private sessions!

MetCon classes are accommodating to all fitness levels as modifications for each exercise are given to make the exercise easier or more difficult. Our trainers lead these classes and ensure you’re feeling comfortable with the movement, working hard, and also having fun.

Join us for class at one or more of the following times. Class is first-come first-serve for our members (included in membership!) but there may be room for non-members, as well ($59/month). Email jessica@valeotraining.com to check for availability.
