Many people are too busy or aren’t sure how to workout effectively so we create and coach you through a personalized program, giving you peace of mind and a strong body that looks, moves, and feels more awesome.

Our fitness foundation is Semi-Private Training for every member, helping them achieve the best results at the best rates for customized training. With this model, you may be on the floor being coached by a trainer with up to 3-4 other people, but you are doing your own customized plan. It’s a beautiful blend of personal space + community that develops autonomy while also feeling connected to your fitness family.

Your workout plan begins with a Functional Movement Screen, or simple assessment to get a baseline of mobility, stability, strengths, and weaknesses. Then, these results plus your personal goals will be given to our program designers and a 4-6 week program will be created specific for you and your trainer will coach you through your program 1x, 2x, or 3x a week. Every 4-6 weeks, you’ll receive a new program appropriately changing as your fitness progresses through the year using the most up-to-date training criteria. How cool is that?!
