A Functional Movement Screen
A personalized strength, mobility, and metabolic cardio workout program based on your unique goals & needs
A Coach to train you on your program 1-3 times per week in a small group of others, each person doing their own plan
A Metabolic Finisher in each program to boost your calorie-burn
A strategic phasing-up of your program every 4-6 weeks

+ $25 bi-weekly for shorter term commitments

Suggested Options:
Repeat the program you normally do with your coach
Do more endurance cardio on the treadmill, ski erg, or bike
Have your coach program you a Metabolic Cardio workout

Use an app to track and communicate with your coach 24/7
Excellent for anyone with body composition goals such as fat loss or muscle gain as a complement to their gym work
We want you to love your experience at Valeo and believe that the best, most sustainable habits and results are achieved over a longer-term commitment. However, if, within 30 days, you don't feel like our gym is a good fit for you, no worries! Your first bi-weekly payment will be your last and we can part as friends.
