MEET COACH MO
Coach Mo Colley is a full time trainer here at Valeo and a Certified Speed & Agility Coach credentialed through the National Sports Performance Association.
Drawing from both his certification and his experience as a standout collegiate track and football athlete, he’ll be teaching the key elements that turn any athlete into an explosive one:
- Acceleration & deceleration
- Change of direction
- Reactive speed
- Power generation
In addition to the speed and agility component, your child(ren) will also:
- Learn how to lift weights safely and effectively for their age and development
- Master foundational movement patterns and proper form
- Build strength progressively with age-appropriate loads
- Develop confidence and coordination through structured resistance training

- November 4 - December 18 (Thanksgiving week off)

- Cost: $150
- Open to all 6th–8th graders — athletes of any sport or students in general looking to improve overall strength and fitness.
