Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive Member Services Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and be giddy about details and organization. Enneagrams 1s and 2s, we're looking at you! :)
Responsibilities
Manage our billing, scheduling, and membership software.
Communicate with members and coaches professionally and warmly through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Handle payroll and staff scheduling.
Organize operational backend systems and help us run smoothly.
Take ownership of recurring tasks and system processes (ex - supplement and retail sales, laundry, re-stocking).
Use Excel to track data and reconcile payments.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in the sales process by promoting membership benefits and services.
Qualifications
Previous experience in administration and customer service roles is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with members.
Ability to work collaboratively and graciously within a small mom-and-pop team environment while also being self-motivated.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Not required: fitness or gym experience.
The Details
Part-time / Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Pay: $18.00 per hour + Benefits below
