    Join our High School Group Classes: Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:30-2:30pm from June 17 -July 31 (skip 4th of July week).

HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Your student will learn:

- the foundations of movement
- how to master bodyweight exercises
- core strengthening exercises
- how to increase stability & power
- how to execute loaded movements safely and effectively
- a Core Value of the week

Classes will be a combo of instruction + workouts with warm, fun, knowledgeable, and caring Coaches.

All students are welcome, whether they are active in athletics or simply want to come for fun and to develop more brain-muscle connection and confidence. :)

Cost: $225 (3 installments of $75)
